Enwright operates as a team-based organization, with the following teams:
- Wellness
- Healthcare
- Commercial / Institutional
- Creative Resources
- Technical Council
- Marketing
Each person at Enwright serves on one of the full-time teams, which include Wellness, Healthcare, Commercial/Institutional, and Creative Resources. These teams are permanent, not changing from project to project as traditional project organizations do. Service on the parallel teams (Technical Council and Marketing) is part-time for a special purpose.
Each team is cross-functional (i.e., composed of the different disciplines required to support the team's mission) and focused on a specific market. For example, the Healthcare Team has three architects, one structural engineer, two electrical engineers, one mechanical engineer, and one mechanical designer.
